How much does Caprastacks ERP cost?
Three plans: Starter is $20 a month (1 company and 3 users), Growth is $40 a month (3 companies and 8 users), and Business is $80 a month (10 companies and 25 users). Prices are set in USD and shown in your local currency. Pay yearly for two months free — larger needs use a custom plan.
Is pricing per user or per company?
Per company. Each plan covers a set number of companies and the users within them, billed monthly — or yearly, which saves two months.
Can I see prices in my local currency?
Yes. Prices are shown in your local currency automatically based on your location, and you can switch currency any time on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a free 30-day trial of Caprastacks ERP, one per account, with no card required. It is a standalone trial (full accounting, inventory and reporting), not attached to a paid plan. When the 30 days end, choose a paid plan to keep your access and data. There is no permanent free tier.
What if I need more users or companies than a plan allows?
